We’d like to surprise you. And I’m pretty sure we will. So you will be tempted to attend and experience with your own self the Revels jubilee magic. But we realize some of you may need additional enticements instead of surprises.
So, for instance, we’ll have appetizers catered by Simpatica, one of the premier caterers in town, whose long-time Sunday brunch set the standard for brunch (and bacon) throughout the City.
Of course we’ll have a great selection of beverage including beer from Widmer brewing , Bebame wine and some special Revels spirit (bubbly spirit that is).
But food and beverage only set part of the stage for a great party. Because we haven’t scheduled every minute, the Jubilee has ample opportunity to connect with friends past and present, sing a little, maybe even don a costume or two.
You can expect some of the usual Revels mayhem as well as the usual (and unusual) harmonies.
Oh and while we’re at it – what to wear is a question that keeps popping up. This being a Portland, there are no dress rules, just be festive. Horns and claws may be in attendance at well. Whatever fits your fancy. Toss on what’s comfortable, glamorous, or fun and join us at the World Forestry Center Miller Hall next Saturday night.
